Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits

Job Description:
A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, a member of the Carbon Activated Group of companies, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services.
Due to growth in our European operations (Bristol UK, Dortmund Germany, Gdansk Poland), we are expanding our European sales team by recruiting additional sales staff in the UK. You will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in areas like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water Purification, and Wastewater Filtration. As a Key Account Sales Manager responsible for major account development across the UK and Europe, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA regional sales teams and distribution networks.
To qualify, you should:
1. Be currently working as a Key Account Sales Manager or Account Manager seeking a wider role.
2. Have experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, Wastewater, or related fields.
3. Manage and grow existing accounts, develop new client accounts, and work with channel partners, agents, and distributors.
4. Be willing to travel 25-50% throughout Europe for customer visits, trade shows, and training.
5. Hold a degree in Chemistry or a related Science, supported by relevant industry experience.
6. Possess strong people management skills and the ability to coach and develop external teams.
7. Be a self-starter, dynamic, and entrepreneurial, with good IT, organizational, and planning skills.
8. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and influence others.
