Responsibilities:
* Visiting residential areas and engaging with members of the public to promote broadband services.
* Conducting needs-based conversations to match customers with suitable broadband packages.
* Signing customers up directly and ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
* Attending office-based training and team meetings twice per week.
* Representing Manchester Sales Group professionally and positively at all times.
* Working independently in your designated area, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Requirements:
Experience isn't essential, we'll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your energy, attitude, and willingness to learn.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
