Your role
1. Manage, recruit, train and support colleagues, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and creating effective rotas
2. Promote best practice so services are delivered to a high standard
3. Ensure strong support systems are in place and maintain full compliance
4. Support the Local Service Manager with managing empty properties
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and external partners
6. Be willing to travel occasionally (a full driving licence is desirable)
Your skills
7. Management or supervisory experience in a social care setting with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
8. Compassionate, understanding and hands-on approach to achieving positive outcomes
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confident using IT systems
10. Experience supporting people with mental health needs
11. Knowledge of support planning, risk assessment and safeguarding
12. Ability to stay calm and work effectively in challenging situations
