This Senior Mental Health Nurse opportunity offers the chance to combine hands-on nursing with operational leadership in a specialist supported living service. If you're currently working as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager, this role could be the ideal next step. You'll work closely with an experienced Registered Manager, helping to shape service quality, support staff development, and improve outcomes for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you'll have the autonomy to influence practice while continuing to deliver person-centred care.
