About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Training & Recruitment Administrator to support our manufacturing sites and join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Barton upon Humber. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Recruitment Coordinators with candidate searches and booking interviews
2. Conducting inductions across all manufacturing sites
3. Assisting with setting up new starters including contracts, biometric enrolments, uniform requests and reviews
4. Ensuring all onboarding documentation is correct and compliant
About You
Desired skills & knowledge:
5. Previous experience in an administration-based role is essential
6. Ability to use Excel and other MS Office programs
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and new starters
8. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management
9. Strong communication skills
10. Driving license is essential
