As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Making high-volume outbound calls, following up on enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities
* Building strong relationships with existing customers and managing accounts effectively
* Spotting opportunities to upsell additional waste and environmental services
* Supporting the setup of new accounts, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance
* Collaborating with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth service delivery
As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your experience will include:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively
* IT proficiency across MS Office and internal systems
* Confidence making high-volume outbound calls
