06th May, 2026 Our client, a building supplies and timber merchant based in Rolleston, is seeking a Trade Sales Support Administrator to join their team for an immediate start. Key responsibilities include: General administrative tasks Processing invoices Preparing quotes Supporting the sales team Ordering stock Liaising with clients via email and phone as required What we’re looking for: Previous administration experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with invoicing and/or quoting Background in a similar role Trade knowledge (advantageous but not essential) Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills What’s in it for you?
