We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in Accounting and Finance to join our team as a Lecturer. The role involves delivering and assessing a range of further education Accounting and Finance programmes, developing current and new courses, and supporting curriculum planning and materials development.
The position includes teaching Accounting and Finance qualifications to diverse students across the college, learning centres, and workplaces. As part of the delivery team, you will contribute to lesson planning, participate in meetings, and help develop the curriculum. You will also disseminate teaching and assessment materials, participate in staff development, and contribute to the subject area's self-assessment and improvement plans, maintaining high standards of quality.
The successful candidate will be confident in delivering both in-person and online instruction and will hold a degree in Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field. An AAT qualification or understanding of it is advantageous.
