Handyperson for a new build site, working Monday to Friday, with some overtime available when required, although notpulsory.
Responsibilities various snagging and repair tasks and making good, including finished houses for handover and assisting trades where needed.
1. Ideally you will have previous working experience in a Handyman position on large-scale housing project.
2. You will befortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day andpleting a variety of Tasks as required and set out by the site team.
3. You must have CSCS card
4. Your own tools and PPE
5. Paid for 9hrs a day – 45 hrs
– 5pm
6. Rate of £ per hr Umbrella
7. 14 months work
