This is a brand-new role created due to growth. As National Account Manager, you will focus on driving that growth further with new and existing retail customers.
The Role
* Responsible for overseeing sales and gross margin targets within designated accounts.
* Balancing account management with proactive business development efforts.
* Crafting collaborative business plans with partners.
* Assisting the Brand Manager in brand growth initiatives.
* Conducting negotiations on pricing.
* Cultivating productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Leveraging customer sales data to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth.
* Collaborating with the NPD Manager to highlight innovative offerings.
* Reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

* Proven track record as a National Account Manager.
* Proficiency in administration, communication, and analytics.
* Deep-seated passion for the food industry and comprehensive understanding of retail dynamics.
* Demonstrated proficiency in commercial and financial matters.
* Self-assured, driven, and persistent demeanour.
* Strong aptitude for sales and negotiation.
