Responsibilities
* Be the public face of the Library & Digital Service, delivering customer service and information.
* Help customers with book choices and digital offers; assist with getting digital services up and running.
* Run interactive activities such as crafts or story and rhyme sessions.
* Collaborate with partners across the authority (Communities, Public Health, Museums, Schools) to deliver activities for customers.
* Carry out customer service appointments on behalf of colleagues in other departments when required.
* Be flexible to work across all libraries, not just the base library.

* Hard-working, adaptable, able to think on your feet and handle varied situations appropriately.
* Willingness to work across multiple libraries and locations.
* Ability to work within a team and engage with residents, partners, businesses, and organisations.
