This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead a talented kitchen team and shape a dynamic food offering. The venue is a key player in Edinburgh's hospitality scene, with a well-established breakfast, lunch, and dinner trade.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Manage budgets, stock, and labour to drive profitability.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef role.
Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of cost control, labour planning, and inventory management.
Proficiency in kitchen management systems, including rota planning, ordering, and reporting software.
A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure, with a passion for delivering exceptional food.
Preferred Qualifications
Broad experience across all kitchen sections.
A creative flair and a drive to innovate.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
