Key Responsibilities
* Manage and run a designated section of the kitchen
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to our exacting standards
* Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Collaborate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
* Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work area and equipment
Essential Requirements.
* Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
* Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred
* Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
* Excellent knife skills and classical cooking techniques
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Physical stamina for long shifts in a demanding kitchen environment
