The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers across multiple communication channels. This position requires a proactive, highly organised individual who is comfortable managing several processes at once and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
4. Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately.
5. Maintain and update customer records within internal systems.
6. Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
