Overview
Health and Safety Manager role at Century 21 Miner Realty, Inc., a charity in Hertfordshire. This is a hybrid role with time split between the office in St Albans, remote work, and site travel. The role is 22.5 hours with flexibility to adjust hours. The full-time equivalent salary is £34,500 and will be pro-rated based on hours worked.
Responsibilities
* Promote a positive Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture
* Provide competent Health and Safety advice and guidance
* Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and train staff
* Investigate incidents and accidents, maintain health and safety documentation and support events
* Drive wellbeing initiatives, manage contractors and ensure all facilities across the group are compliant with health and safety laws
Experience / Qualifications
* A level 3 or level 6 Health and Safety qualification
* A fantastic attitude with great communication/interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, consultative and solutions focused
