The successful candidate will be required to:
* Have completed or be working towards level two in NVQ or QCF to be registered on the social care register or be willing to register on the Social Care Wales.
* Support residents with their day-to-day living.
* Take them out in the community, on holidays, and trips out.
* Complete relevant paperwork.
* Work within the company policies and procedures.
* Complete all mandatory training/classroom and e-learning.
* Be a positive role model towards the people we support.
* Administer medication (with appropriate training) and complete audits.

A driver is preferred. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, with the expense met by the employer.
