Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage collections and deliveries using vehicle tracking and traffic management systems
* Maintain accurate and timely data entry related to shipments
* Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, and customers to provide clear updates and resolve queries promptly
* Ensure client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth operational flow
* Support continuous improvement by learning new systems and processes
* For experienced candidates, potential to take on management responsibilities and help lead the team
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
* Helpful, positive, and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
* Well organized with a keen eye for detail
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
* Basic keyboard and office IT skills (training on specific systems will be provided)
