Requirements

* You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with extensive experience managing the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and hunting for new business to closing high-value deals
* You have a structured, value-based approach to selling - leveraging frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to engage, influence, and drive alignment among multiple senior stakeholders
* You have experience working in a partner-dense product landscape, navigating complex ecosystems and collaborating with partners and integrations to create customer value and drive business growth
* You’re a native-level English speaker who communicates with professionalism, clarity, and persuasive impact
* Experience within retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing is a strong advantage

What the job involves
* As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals with mid-to-large retailers across the UK and Ireland
* You’ll take the lead in developing new business, expanding our market presence, and positioning Voyado as the go-to solution for retail and e-commerce brands
* Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, both mid-market and enterprise deals
* Lead negotiations, including pricing, structure, and expansion paths
* Engage with retailers and e-commerce brands to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions
* Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations
* Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility
