Equans is looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team in Hatfield. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus, and benefits package.
The Compliance Manager will lead adherence to scheme delivery requirements, ensuring full compliance with funding and accreditation standards while maintaining necessary accreditations. Responsibilities include managing the PAS2030 Compliance Team, overseeing audit processes, and ensuring timely and accurate compliance documentation for Clients, Energy Suppliers, and Accreditation Bodies.
What will you deliver?
1. Compliance Management
* Lead the PAS2030 Compliance Team to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
* Oversee internal and external audits for national accreditation.
* Ensure compliance paperwork related to Energy Efficiency measures meets PAS 2030 standards.
* Report compliance activities to the Head of Sustainability.
1. Stakeholder Engagement
* Coordinate with stakeholders to align compliance with contract programs.
* Advise regional teams on compliance matters regarding energy efficiency.
* Engage supply chain partners to support development and delivery.
2. Process & Documentation
* Ensure accurate submission of compliance information to prevent failures.
* Assist in data collection and reporting.
3. Additional Responsibilities
* Maintain industry knowledge and share insights with the regional team.
* Support resource planning and process improvements.
* Develop PAS2030/MCS Supply Chain database with Supply Chain Manager.
