The Role The successful Palantir Solution Architect (Manager) will:
Lead multi-disciplinary agile teams to design and deliver contemporary data solutions
Own the implementation of both functional and non-functional architecture designs
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure solutions are production-ready
Work closely with client stakeholders to influence and shape solution design decisions
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching across teams
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical input
Drive best practices, standards, and innovation within the wider data community
Manage delivery timelines and ensure successful project outcomes
Key Requirements To succeed as a Palantir Solution Architect (Manager), you should have:
Proven experience leading multiple teams as a data solution architect across complex environments
Strong expertise in building and deploying data-intensive applications
Broad knowledge of data technologies including ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualisation
Experience in strategic architecture design, roadmap development, and risk management
Solid understanding of both traditional and modern data warehousing approaches
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks
Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python
A strong track record of mentoring and developing technical teams
Desirable Experience Knowledge of data architecture principles such as Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Lineage
Experience evaluating and selecting data technologies and platforms
Familiarity with data integration techniques such as messaging, queuing, change data capture, or virtualisation
