We are searching for a temporary dedicated Customer Advisor to work within our team being the eyes, ears and voice of our client. Your main responsibility will be taking calls directly from our client's customers, placing and receiving orders, answering queries, solving problems and making sure the customer always feels appreciated.
A day in the life of a Customer Advisor:
* Answering inbound calls for a variety of different clients, including retail, ecommerce, FMCG, and charities
* Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service to all callers
* Processing orders for goods over the phone following client branding and requirements, advising customers using product knowledge and up-selling goods where appropriate
* Processing donations for charities over the phone in line with individual charity's requirements and to stringent data protection requirements
* Assisting with customer queries regarding orders
* Actively listening to customer's needs and providing appropriate advice and suggestions
* Building and maintaining highly accurate customer information data records
* Any other duties as directed
A little bit about you:
* Confident in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
* Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
* Patient, empathetic and understanding
