Job Description
3. Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
4. Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices in alignment with company policies.
5. Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment queries and disputes.
6. Prepare and distribute regular reports on credit control activities and outstanding balances.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve payment discrepancies.
8. Monitor and review credit limits to minimise financial risk.
9. Support the accounting and finance team with reconciliations and other related tasks.
10. Maintain compliance with company and industry regulations regarding financial procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or a similar role within accounting and finance.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage accounts receivable effectively.
13. Experienced in using an accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. An understanding of financial processes and regulations in the healthcare sector.
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
16. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
