We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our client's Commercial Functional Unit within the Procurement Department on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership role driving procurement strategy, commercial value and operational excellence across high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Devise and lead Procurement Strategy across projects and initiatives
* Drive change, innovation and continuous improvement
* Lead subcontract procurement and category management activity
* Build strong collaborative supplier relationships
* Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms
* Support Work Winning teams with robust procurement strategies
* Manage and develop the Procurement team group-wide
* Ensure compliance with governance, CSR and regulatory requirements
* Lead client-facing procurement activity and benefits realisation
