Production operative (nights)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworkingNight Time Packerto join the team. This role involves packing products with a high level of accuracy and care. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail and be able to read small numbers clearly to ensure the correct items are packed and labelled.

Working Hours:

* Sunday:7:30 PM 4:00 AM
* Monday to Wednesday:6:00 PM 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pack items according to order specifications

Read and verify small numbers (e.g., product codes, labels, quantities)

Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Inspect items for quality and report any issues

Maintain a clean and organized packing area

Ensure all packaging is secure and meets company standards

Work as part of a team to meet nightly packing targets

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read and work with small numbers accurately

Good hand-eye coordination

Comfortable working night shifts

Ability to stand for long periods and carry out repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage but not essential

with regards to Sunday shift there is a 5% up lifts on the wage.
