Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet dealership sales targets
Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service at every stage of the sales process
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to advise confidentlyRequirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive sales or related environment
Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months (essential for the Car Sales Executive role)
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and persuade customers professionally
A team player who can also work independently to achieve targets
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a Car Sales ExecutiveProfessionals must demonstrate relevant automotive sales experience, providing clear details of their responsibilities and achievements when applying.
