We’re looking for a Staffing & Training Manager to lead workforce planning, recruitment, and training for our vibrant food and beverage operations at this exciting Edinburgh Venue. As Staffing & Training Manager, you’ll:
* Plan and allocate staff across restaurants, cafés, kiosks, and events spaces.
* Lead recruitment and onboarding, building diverse talent pipelines and engaging with local communities.
* Design and deliver training programmes that embed service excellence and sustainability.
* Champion development and succession planning, creating career pathways and reducing reliance on agency staff.
* Drive compliance and standards, ensuring health & safety, right-to-work, and training requirements are met.

* Experience in staffing, recruitment, and training within hospitality, events, or visitor attractions.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
