This role covers the Medical sector in Stockport, Oldham, Manchester and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Build enduring client relationships while focusing on business growth.
* Manage your own workload and make commercial decisions, with the option to work collaboratively and share ideas.
* Develop a deep understanding of the medical sector and client needs; provide financial guidance across a wide range of products.
* Identify, qualify and convert new business leads with support from a dedicated relationship team who arrange appointments and provide technical assistance.
* Deliver high-quality financial advice while understanding clients’ challenges, needs and aspirations.
Qualifications
* QCF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
* Experience as a Specialist Financial Adviser with the ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business growth.
* Strong communication, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to an evolving financial services market; comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
* Starting salary base: £50,000 – £60,000 with an OTE of £79,000.
* Holiday entitlement: 28 days plus bank holidays; increases to 30 days after 5 years.
