My client is seeking a talented Principal Delivery Manager to join their growing PMO and lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects across D365 CRM, BC, Data, and M365 solutions.
You’ll play a key role in shaping delivery standards, mentoring project managers, and ensuring excellence across every stage of the project lifecycle.
🔹 What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver multiple complex projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards
* Support the day-to-day management of the team and deputise when required
* Drive project governance, health checks, and continuous improvement
* Mentor and coach project managers, promoting best practice
* Manage budgets and ensure commercial performance
* Support pre-sales activity including bids, tenders, and client presentations
🔹 What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ project delivery experience within a Microsoft Gold Partner.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
* Proven track record managing complex programmes, budgets, and stakeholders
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
