Based in between the Sheffield and Leeds offices, you will: Provide technical and engineering support to the land and development team to prepare site viability reports in line with regulations for residential development. Identify and assign external consultants, negotiate fees, timescales, deliverability and assess suitability. Distribute design information to relevant internal and external departments/stakeholders. Assist in tendering with the senior team to ensure the needs are met within budget. Understand the company's Health and Safety Policies and adhere to them at all times. What you'll need: Qualification in Technical Design/Civil Engineering Knowledge of engineering in the house building industry and associated legal framework Experience on the following: AutoCAD, Highway Design, Building Regulations, Sewers for adoption, PDS Design Software and Micro Drainage Design Software.
