We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, and has strong problem-solving skills, as well as having a real passion to help others. Ideally, you will have experience of supervision of staff who are community based, and you will bring a strong customer focus, with the drive to motivate and develop the team, aiming to deliver a high-quality service. Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, including in distressing or challenging situations, are also important for the role.
