Customer Service Executive within finance - 6 month contract, Basingstoke
Office Angels have teamed up with a forward-thinking, dynamic client in the finance industry, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive. This role is busy, with a mix of in-office and remote work, based in Basingstoke. You will join an established team of hardworking individuals with excellent communication skills, eager to develop within the company and sector.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Responding to all customer enquiries in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
2. Taking ownership of delivering excellent Customer Service.
3. Liaising with Sales and other internal departments to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customers.
4. Processing customer account amendments.
5. Building strong working relationships.
6. Maintaining excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
7. Using initiative and resourcefulness.
8. Paying strong attention to detail.
9. Approaching work with enthusiasm and a willing attitude.
10. Demonstrating strong IT and keyboard skills.
11. Maintaining high standards under pressure.
