About You
As a Head of Year you will work collaboratively to ensure that each student upholds the highest standards of achievement - progress, attendance and behaviour. Our Ideal candidate would have:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Pastoral experience in KS3 and KS4
* A track record of providing high quality pastoral and academic support
* Knowledge of effective strategies to improve attendance and behaviour
About The Pastoral Team
The Pastoral Team work under the guidance and direction of the Senior Leaders responsible for Behaviour and Attitudes. They work collaboratively with middle leaders, teaching and support staff to ensure that the behaviour, culture and ethos of The Hart School is upheld.
