The Position
The CASS Governance & Oversight team focuses on the design and implementation of the oversight framework for CASS rules requirements within the CIB, ensuring the CIB's Client Asset Oversight Officer (CAOO) and relevant Senior Management Functions (SMFs) are able to deliver on their regulatory responsibilities. The team work closely with Operations, Business and Product Management spanning all lines of business across the In-Scope Legal Entities. Key Responsibilities
* Support ad hoc CASS tasks or projects as needed to drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance improvements.
* Manage Resolution Pack (RP) testing execution in accordance with CASS 10 rules.
* Maintain and organise CASS evidence and documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and currency per FCA CASS rules.
* Liaise with relevant business areas to offer guidance and feedback on CASS documentation and possible enhancements.
Skills & Experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines, with strong attention to detail for audit-ready evidence.
* Excellent written communication for producing clear documentation (procedures, test packs, logs).
* Strong stakeholder management: coordinating across business lines and driving issues to closure.
