Your Impact
We are recruiting a Treasury Analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's liquidity and financial market exposure. This includes the monitoring cash positions, forecasting future requirements, and executing financial transactions (Foreign Exchange, Money markets, and Derivatives) to mitigate risk and optimise investment returns. It will also provide support in the preparation and management of contract bonds & guarantees and other Treasury activities
Key Responsibility Areas
* Daily positioning: Determine the daily cash position across multiple currencies and ensure that all obligations are met.
* Liquidity planning: execute short-term investments of surplus cash (Money Market funds, Time deposits) or draw down on credit facilities to cover deficits.
* Cashflow forecasting: Maintain and improve short to medium term cash flow models, working with divisions to refine data accuracy.
* FX Execution: Execute Foreign Exchange (FX) spot and forward contracts via trading platforms to hedge commercial exposures. Providing advice to divisions on FX pricing and strategy as appropriate.
* Reporting: Prepare various reports on underlying FX positions and make appropriate recommendations to hedge management to Assistant Treasurer or VP Treasury
* Bank Liaison: Act as a point of contact for banking partners, regarding operational issues and market enquiries.
* Fee Analysis: Monitor and analyse bank charges and transaction costs to ensure competitive pricing.
* Transformation: Participate in various finance initiatives to improves processes / activities.
* Management information: Produce monthly reports highlighting portfolio risk (Moodys credit report)
* Managing Intercompany settlements: Manage the monthly claims process, sending out claims appropriately and managing and processing the responses appropriately.
What You'll Bring:
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with accounting and treasury systems
• Foundation or part‑qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACT, CII, CIB) or qualified by experience in accountancy, treasury, insurance, or banking
• Experience within a Treasury function is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Well‑developed organisational and time‑management skills, with proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of computerised accounting systems such as SAP

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
