The Governors are looking to appoint a part-time Teaching Assistant from Summer term 2026 fixed term until Summer term 2027 due to School/pupil demand (term-time only plus INSET days). This post will include: - Grade 2 Scale Point 4 £25, 185 FTE - £18,411.54 actual salary Working 27.5 hours per week to support learning in Early years/KS1, including one-to-one support and small group work; Provide structured support with specific work programmes, designed and supervised by teachers; Assist the teacher with the planning of learning activities and maintain behaviour in the classroom; Provide support to pupils to achieve learning goals and accurately record progress; Support pupil’s health & welfare needs, attend school visits and other school activities; Flexibility to fit working hours to suit the needs of the school; Has good organisational skills and able to complete basic admin tasks; Is fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
