We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Part-Time Administrator / Secretary to support daily office operations. This is an ongoing opportunity suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Location: West Browmich
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.21+ per hour
Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
o
Manage day-to-day office administration and operational tasks
o
Maintain organised records and carry out accurate data entry
o
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
o
Handle phone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
o
Support basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
o
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings
o
Assist with general clerical duties to support efficient office operations
What We're Looking For
o
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
o
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
o
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
o
Strong written and verbal communication skills
o
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail
o
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
o
Knowledge of general clerical and data entry procedures
