We are working with an elite national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Transactions team within their Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an esteemed Corporate practice, working on a range of transaction services to support the firm’s global client base in a full spectrum of corporate services. The candidate’s duties will include managing transactional due diligence exercises, developing firm-wide precedents for best-practice Corporate due diligence processes, and working with the firm’s Legal Tech team to discover tools that can facilitate the efficiency of the firm’s transactional services.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
* 4+ PQE;
* Strong background in Corporate M&A, legal technology and/or legal process design;
* Excellent commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
