Restructuring Advisory Manager (Leeds)
I'm working with a leading top-10 accountancy and advisory practice is looking to appoint a Manager-level professional to join its Leeds Restructuring Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on advisory-led restructuring work rather than process-driven insolvency.
What You'll Work On
You'll be involved in a broad range of restructuring advisory assignments, including:
* Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
* Cashflow management and liquidity planning
* Accelerated M&A and distressed transactions
* Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations
* Exposure to complex, high-profile administrations (where appropriate)
The role is predominantly advisory-focused, with opportunities to work on both Leeds-led and London-facing mandates.

* Experience within a recognised Restructuring or Advisory team
* Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking skills
* Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
* Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
* Leeds-based or genuinely committed to working in Leeds
