We’re opening Wain House – a stunning, purpose-built home designed for outstanding residential and dementia care – and we’re looking for our founding Home Administrator. This is your chance to be there from day one, shaping the heart of a place that will feel like home for residents, families, and staff alike.
What You’ll Do
* Keep our finances, records, and admin running like clockwork – from payroll and budgets to rotas and resident admissions.
* Be the friendly face and steady hand that supports our management team, staff, and community.
* Assist with our new staff induction training
* Make sure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly so our care team can focus on what matters most.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong admin and IT skills (MS Office wizardry included!), preferably with previous experience as an Administration Assistant
* Organised, accurate, and cool under pressure.
* A natural communicator who’s approachable and professional.
* Flexible, team-minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
