This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our data, supporting smooth operations, and contributing to informed decision-making across the organization. Key Objectives Ensure accurate and timely input of data into company systems. Maintain data quality and consistency to support operational needs. Collaborate with various departments to verify and update records as needed. Responsibilities Enter and update customer, financial, and loan information into databases with high accuracy. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections. Verify data by comparing it to source documents and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Assist in generating reports and summaries as requested by management. Support other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with database systems and data management best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
