As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager & Specialist to lead our marketing operations, strengthen our brand visibility, and drive customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies to promote the supermarkets products and services.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events to boost store traffic and sales.
Manage social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop promotional content, product displays, and advertising materials.
Monitor campaign performance and produce analytical reports to inform strategic decisions.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient resource allocation.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organisations, and media outlets.
Oversee brand management to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Support management in developing long-term growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Requirements
A bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in marketing management, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and customer engagement techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in social media management, SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
