We are looking for a Laser Programmer/ Setter Operator for our client based in Redditch.
As a Laser Setter/Operator/Programmer your duties will include:
* Programming: Create and modify laser cutting programs using the AB interface.
* Setting & Operating: Set up and operate the Amada laser machine efficiently and safely.
* Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
* Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
* Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the laser machine.
To be successful in the role of Laser Setter/Operator/Programmer, you will need:
* Proven experience operating and programming Amada laser machines.
* Strong understanding of laser cutting processes and materials.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Team player with good communication skills.
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:30
* Friday 07:00-13:30
Pay:
* From £14.50 per hour - paid weekly
