About The Role
Working Pattern
Variable Mornings – Every shift 5.30 - 8.00am
Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- Provide weekly/monthly stock orders
- Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
- Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
- Help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team
Ideal candidate criteria
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
