We are looking for someone to join our Care Team at Willow Gardens. We support individuals with care and support in their own home.
You will need to have experience looking after elderly individuals who may have a Mental Health and physical disability. The post is 20 hours 4 days on and 4 days off on a 16-week rolling Rota. Shifts include mornings and evenings, including Bank Holidays where required. You must have:
* At least 2 years' experience of working with individuals with a physical or mental health disability is essential
* Experience and knowledge around how to support older people with activities
* Support with Personal Care where required
* The ability to encourage individuals to participate in activities
* An Enhanced Adults DBS is required for this role
