You’ll manage your own diary and work flexibly between home, the office and visiting customers in our communities.### What you’ll doAs a **Housing Officer**, you’ll work closely with customers to manage homes and neighbourhoods, providing a reliable, high-quality service across a mixed tenures.You’ll support customers with a range of housing matters, including:* Anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood concerns* Tenancy changes and breaches* Fraud and safeguarding issuesYou’ll listen carefully to customers, understand what matters to them, and take action to resolve issues.
