We have an exciting opportunity for an MP&L Order Controller to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring workflows and material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations.
How you will contribute
* Support all operational departments regarding packing queries.
* Understand requirements and take decisive actions.
* Minimize line downtime.
* Follow up on customer concerns.
* Identify and eliminate root causes using robust countermeasures.
* Sustain corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
* Ensure all project information in the Syncreon order book is accurate for timely shipments.
* Develop and maintain Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product.
* Operate all customer-required quality processes in line with specifications, including QCOS.
* Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviations from quality processes to exceed customer expectations.
* Release packing orders timely, considering manning hours and MCD dates.
* Liaise with RFU to ensure timely delivery of materials according to MRD dates.
