Early Years Educator
Location: Godalming area (GU7)
Salary: From £13.46 per hour
Hours: 4 days per week | 10-hour shifts | Permanent
We are seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Educator to join a warm, child-focused nursery that supports children from 3 months to 5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values teamwork, creativity and high-quality early years practice, and who wants to feel genuinely supported in their role.
The Role
Working four days per week on 10-hour shifts, you will support children across all age groups, creating engaging, nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. You will work closely with a collaborative and supportive team, following EYFS and safeguarding requirements while contributing positively to the nursery’s inclusive culture.
The Setting
This medium-sized nursery has 51 children on roll, with six age-appropriate rooms and a team of 15 staff. The environment is positive, open and inclusive, with a strong focus on staff wellbeing, creativity and professional growth. Team ideas are actively encouraged and valued.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with an Early Years qualification or relevant experience, who brings a warm, enthusiastic and positive approach to their work. You should be committed to providing high-quality care and education, enjoy working as part of a team, and be keen to continue learning and developing professionally.
Salary & Benefits
