Role description
B&F team member, operating the loading shovel and department vehicles, accepting deliveries, stock management supporting activities required for the B&F function.
Responsibilities:
* Operate the loading shovel to transport cullet around the yard area.
* Maintain stock of cullet in the yard area and to appropriate silo.
* Communicate with supervision and work colleagues to maintain an effective communication flow.
* Identify problems and maintain operational delivery systems for bulk tipper, cullet air discharge tanker and bulk bag material deliveries, alongside onsite support team.
* Carry out housekeeping in accordance with company hygiene rules and LSS manufacturing.
* Comply with company health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Department Testing of materials and glass required for process.
Required skills / qualifications:
* Ability to complete material acceptance procedures and testing including cullet acceptance.
* Ability to operate a loading shovel and department vehicles.
* Ability to maintain delivery systems and material storage including manual procedures.
* Good communication skills
* Core B&F operator skills.

* Salary minimum £25,880 - £31,170 maximum per annum

* Monday – Friday 39.5 hours per week, plus 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory bank holidays
