Want to work in an organisation where you can truly feel like you are making a difference to people's lives? We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst(s) within our Business Solutions Team, with a specific focus on the Housing service area.
Your role:
To provide Project Management and Business Analytical services to lead, analyse and implement improved digital systems and processes, in the Housing service area.
These projects will realise service efficiencies and implement business change, delivering to the core programme of our Strategic Plan. The role strongly aligns with the delivery of the priorities and aims of our Strategic Plan – particularly the Foundations theme, but also across all other themes, as needed.
What you will need:
You will be competent in leading on the Project Management of corporate change projects using the Council's Project Management Framework including but not limited to:
Carrying out analysis and understanding into the delivery of business improvements, across multiple subject matters, depending on the digital housing project type being undertaken. You'll implement change management techniques as part of project delivery, ensuring all services and team members are part of the change and have full understanding and buy-in to the end goal. An integral part of this exciting role will be to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally including members and officers at all levels of the organisation and external suppliers or account managers on behalf of the authority.
An essential part of the role will be to have e xperience of delivering high profile projects, particularly those that include digital transformation as part of the solution and a k nowledge of Improvement techniques and experience of delivering business improvement in a multi disciplined organisation. High level of competence in Office 365 environment is also necessary. Experience of delivering successful digital solutions in a housing environment, is preferred.
Other skills and abilities, essential to the role include proven skills in digital project delivery and ability to independently plan and implement work which crosses service and organisational boundaries. Your excellent organisational skills and positive communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work constructively with colleagues at all levels will be integral to this role.

This role will primarily be remotely based or in one of our offices at Melton or Lowestoft, but will also involve travel across the district to provide face-to-face services as well as providing client support over the phone and via our digital platform. A full drivers' license and access to a car is essential for this role.
