Overview
HR Business Partner role at Pall Corporation. This is a site-based role in Redruth, Cornwall, reporting to the HR Manager and part of a global HR team for Aerospace located in Redruth.
Responsibilities
* Function as a partner to the business and client group functional leaders to support critical business and organisational strategies.
* Support talent management programs and processes including Performance (P4G), Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Associate Development plans (D4G).
* Support recruitment and hiring through collaboration with the Talent team and hiring managers on innovative sourcing strategies.
* Responsible for all aspects of HR administration, ensuring related processes are conducted on a timely basis, including the formulation of administration Standard Operating Procedures to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with leaders and managers to build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate organizational performance and enable successful organizational change.
Essential requirements
* Degree in HR or business-related field preferred, or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience working in a manufacturing business.
* CIPD qualified, with broad understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, compensation; local laws and continuous improvement experience.
* Proven administrative skills with a history of prioritising a busy and diverse workload.
* Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages, HRIS (e.g., Workday), and time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos).
* Ability to take ownership.
Travel, motor vehicle record & physical/environment requirements
This role is site-based, with occasional travel to meet business needs.

Compensation & benefits

The annual salary range for this role is up to £50k, DOE, and this is the range believed to be appropriate at the time of posting. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
